Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We need to be informed about return you wish to make within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date. After this term no return can be accepted.
We will be glad if you share with us the reasons of your decision of returning the goods. It is not obligatory, but it will be very helpful for us.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@worldartatlas.com to obtain a confirmation that the return can be accepted. After receiving a confirmation, your purchased digital goods will be canceled without account deletion.
After purchased digital goods are canceled, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5–7 days from the purchase cancellation to process your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of WorldArtAtlas and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. WorldArtAtlas will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles WorldArtAtlas to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
The following items cannot be returned:
- • FREE digital goods which were used as a promotion
Promotion items are FREE and cannot be returned.
